Additional Images from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Property layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.

Also featured in this recent document release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had created plans to transform the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Marked on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and features a legend labelling different sections of the estate.

In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, including designs for boat shelters.

Additional documentation disclosed as part of the continuing oversight process.
